Edible Garden organic Herb Butter

Just add Edible Garden 

organic herbs to butter for a restaurant quality finish to any dish, spread or dip.


  • 3 quarters unsalted organic butter
  • 1 large shallot thinly minced
  • 2-3 sprig of thyme rosemary and sage (see note)
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh ground pepper


  • Allow the butter to reach room temperature.
  • Bring all the ingredients together in a small glass bowl.
  • Using a spatula, mix the ingredients until well blended.
  • Store in a covered glass container in the refrigerator.
