Dill Cheese Ball appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup dill pickle relish, drained
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh Edible Garden parsley
  • Assorted crackers

Directions

  1. Beat the first 6 ingredients until smooth. Shape into a ball; wrap and refrigerate several hours. Sprinkle with parsley; serve with crackers.
